The role of the Ethos & Advisory Committee is to support, inform, advise and challenge provision; working together, empowering excellence and improving outcomes for all children. Working with the Senior Team and the Trust Board , the Ethos & Advisory Committee are a local voice and a link with local communities and churches (Church Schools) as well as being advocates for all Trust schools. As ambassadors for the academies, the Ethos & Advisory Committee can play a crucial role in enriching community relationships and communication; contributing to the collective effectiveness of academies and the Board of Trustees.

Sarah is a primary school teacher in Plymouth. She has two children, one who is still at Lamerton, whilst the elder has progressed to secondary education.
Gulworthy is close to my heart personally as my children attended. On a professional basis as the Manager of a feeder Pre-School, it is beneficial to both parties to work together and support each others knowledge and success.
